What does classification and validation include?
We receive every deal document (deposit contracts, purchase agreements, ID documents, land registry notes, certificates) and classify it by file and type. We validate the key data (VAT number, amounts, dates) before archiving it. Incomplete or duplicate documents are flagged for review.
How do documents reach Killia?
Through the channels you already use: email (forwarding or a dedicated inbox), API or direct upload. Documentation from buyers, owners and the notary is captured, classified and archived automatically with full traceability.
Where are documents archived?
Wherever your team already works: your CRM, your ERP or your document management system (Google Drive, SharePoint...). Each document is archived linked to the deal file (buyer, owner or transaction), classified by type, with the key data validated and the original file attached.
