What does classification and validation include?
We receive every transport document (delivery notes, CMRs, customs declarations, supplier invoices, proof of delivery) and classify it by shipment and type. We validate the key data (VAT number, plate numbers, amounts, dates) before archiving it. Incomplete or duplicate documents are flagged for review.
How do documents reach Killia?
Through the channels you already use: email (forwarding or a dedicated inbox), API or direct upload. Documentation is captured, classified and archived automatically per shipment, with full traceability.
Where are documents archived?
Wherever your team already works: your TMS, your ERP or your document management system (Google Drive, SharePoint...). Each document is archived organised by shipment, with the key data validated and the original file attached. When claiming or justifying expenses, everything is in one place.
