Keep every legal case file complete and traceable
We receive contracts, notifications and client documentation, classify and validate them, and archive them in your system with per-case traceability. Killia classifies and flags received documentation. Reviewing deadlines and legal actions remains the firm's responsibility.
Killia manages the intake, organization and validation of information so your team can act faster and with less manual work.
Your legal documents, archived per case file.
Where your paperwork gets stuck
Every case generates contracts, briefs and notifications that end up scattered between email, the court and the client:
Court notifications left unlogged
Notifications arrive by email and registered mail. Without automatic classification, a deadline can end up on the verge of being missed inside an inbox.
Incomplete case files
Contracts, powers of attorney and client documents stored in personal folders make it impossible to know which case has which document filed.
Case close-out in documentary chaos
When the case ends, invoicing or answering a complaint requires rebuilding the file from five different places.

Frequently asked questions
What does classification and validation include?
We receive every document (contracts, briefs, notifications, powers of attorney, client documentation) and classify it by case, client and type. We validate the key data (VAT number, dates, procedural details) before archiving it. Incomplete or duplicate documents are flagged for review.
How do documents reach Killia?
Through the channels you already use: email (forwarding or a dedicated inbox), API or direct upload. Documentation is captured, classified and archived automatically per case, with full traceability.
Where are documents archived?
Wherever your team already works: your legal CRM, your document manager or your management system (Google Drive, SharePoint...). Each document is archived organised by case and client, with the key data validated and the original file attached. Your system's confidentiality is preserved: we only classify and deliver.
Which systems does Killia integrate with?
With the most common legal CRMs and document managers, and with systems like Google Drive or SharePoint. Classified documents go straight to where your team works. If you use another system, we'll configure it to work with you.
